Wheat-free, Sugar-free, Honey Angel Food Cake

I dont eat sugar, my father cant eat gluten, we have a flat of fresh strawberries.
There is only one answer.
I pooled resources from several different sites, since nothing had exactly what I wanted, but I'm pretty happy with the recipe I came up with. We'll have to see.

Wheat-free, Sugar-free, Honey Angel Food Cake
1/2 cup rice or oat flour
1/2 cup corn starch
12 egg whites
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375* Clean and dry a 10" tube pan.
Whip eggwhites with vanilla, cream of tartar, and salt to medium soft peaks. Gradually add honey while beating to stiff peaks. Gently sift flour/starch onto egg mixture 1/3 at a time. Fold in gently. Place batter in tube pan and bake 40-45 minutes until cake springs back when touched. Cool upside down. Eat with fresh strawberries.
